To apply for and rent a chair you must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid, active Texas barber (Class A) license. You confirm that the information you provide is true, current, and your own.

Stealth Cuts rents you a barber chair and the station and shared facilities around it. You operate your own independent barber business from that chair. We are not your employer, you are not our employee, and we take no part of your service income, tips, or product sales. The specific list of what is included and what is your responsibility is shown in the rental agreement you accept at checkout, which forms part of these Terms.

Before you can pay and reserve a chair, you must provide your Texas barber license number and upload a photo of your license. We verify the name and number against the Texas TDLR database. We only rent to barbers whose license we can verify. Providing false or another person’s license information is prohibited and may result in denial or immediate termination of your rental.

Chair rent is a flat monthly amount (currently $850/month), billed as a recurring subscription through our payment provider, Stripe. By reserving a chair you authorize these automatic monthly charges to your payment method until you cancel. Rent renews automatically each month. We may change pricing prospectively; any change to your rent will take effect on a future billing cycle.

You may cancel your monthly rental as described in your rental agreement and account. Stealth Cuts may also end a rental for non-payment, violation of these Terms or the rental agreement, loss of your barber license, or conduct that endangers others or the shop. On cancellation, your access to the chair ends per the rental agreement and the chair is released for others.

As an independent barber renting a chair, you are responsible for:

• Your own tools, equipment, and products;
• Collecting payment from and managing your own clients;
• Keeping your Texas barber license valid and current;
• Your own taxes, insurance, and any required permits;
• Cleaning and sanitizing your station after every client; and
• Following all applicable laws, health/safety rules, and shop policies.

Do not misuse the website, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

The Stealth Cuts name, logo, and the content and design of this website are owned by Stealth Cuts and may not be copied or used without our permission.

The website and the chair rental are provided “as is.” We provide the chair, station, and shared space only — we do not guarantee any level of clientele, income, or business results. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stealth Cuts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or your rental, and our total liability will not exceed the amount of rent you paid us in the three (3) months before the claim. You are responsible for your own business, tools, products, and conduct, and you agree to indemnify us for claims arising from them.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the website or your rental after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
